Privacy Policy

The addresses of our website are: https://www.jugendzentrum-zeven.de & https://www.kinderundjugendhaus@zeven.de

When visitors post comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address and the user agent string (which identifies the browser) to help detect spam.

An anonymized string (also known as a hash) can be created from your email address and sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. You can find the Gravatar service’s privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.
Embedded content from other websites

Posts on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking services and record your interaction with this embedded content, including your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to this website.

When you post a comment, it is stored indefinitely, including metadata. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the user name cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.
What rights you have to your data

If you have an account on this website or have written comments, you can request an export of your personal data from us, including any data you have provided to us. In addition, you can request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you. This does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Sharing content via plugins (Facebook, Instagram)
The content on our pages can be shared on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Google+ in compliance with data protection regulations. This site uses the eRecht24 Safe Sharing Tool for this purpose. This tool only establishes direct contact between the networks and users when the user actively clicks on one of these buttons.
This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, an information window appears when using the social buttons of Facebook, Google+1, Twitter & Co. in which the user can confirm the text before sending it.
Our users can share the content of this page on social networks in compliance with data protection regulations without complete surfing profiles being created by the network operators.

The Kinder- und Jugendhaus is also active in the social networks of other companies. Please note that the terms of use and data protection conditions of the respective company apply to the use of the respective social network.

The Zeven Children’s and Youth Center operates the following social media sites:

                                        Facebook: https://de-de.facebook.com/jugend.zeven/
                                        Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jugendzentrumzeven/?hl=de

for public relations purposes.

The data you enter on our social media pages, such as comments, videos, images, likes, public messages, etc., will be published by the social media platform. We reserve the right to delete content should this be necessary. We may share your content on our site if this is a function of the social media platform. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e GDPR. Data processing is carried out in the interest of our public relations and communication.

You always have the option of sending us confidential inquiries to the address given in the legal notice.

Data processing by the operators of the social media platforms

In addition to the Kinder- und Jugendhaus Zeven, the respective operator of the social media platform also processes data and is therefore also a controller. We have only limited influence on their data processing.

In those places where we can exert influence and parameterize data processing, we work towards data protection-compliant handling by the operator of the social media platform within the scope of the possibilities available to us. In many places, however, we cannot influence data processing by the operator of the social media platform.

The operator of the social media platform uses web tracking methods. Web tracking can also take place regardless of whether you are logged in or registered with the social media platform. As already explained, we unfortunately have little influence on the web tracking methods of the social media platform. For example, we cannot switch them off.

Please be aware that it cannot be ruled out that the provider of the social media platform may use your profile and behavioral data, for example to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc. In this respect, we have no influence on the web tracking methods used by the social media platform. In this respect, we have no influence on the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platform.

You can find more information on data processing by the provider of the social media platform and other objection options in the provider’s privacy policy or data protection guidelines:

                                        Facebook: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/

As already mentioned, where the provider of the social media platform gives us the opportunity, we make sure that our social media pages are as data protection compliant as possible.

With regard to the statistics that the provider of the social media platform makes available to us, we can only influence these to a limited extent and cannot switch them off. However, we make sure that no additional optional statistics are made available to us.
